Downtown Tulsa

Tulsa Arts District

Whether you want to explore Tulsa’s art community, dive into its history or just enjoy a delicious meal, this neighborhood in the heart of Downtown Tulsa is the place to be. With upscale restaurants and down-to-earth dive bars, museums and music venues galore (many of them free!) and endless events, everyone is invited to this corner of town.

SoBo District

This neighborhood skirts the downtown area for a quick commute to the office or to your evening plans - and there’s no shortage of those. Hit happy hour, splurge on date night or rock out to live music until last call. Plus, there are plenty of green spaces and lunch spots to explore during the day. It’s all within this vibrant, walkable district along South Boston between 15th and 21st.

Pearl District

This historic neighborhood is home to Tulsa gems with national acclaim, from a James Beard-nominated bakery to a unique recording studio that saw legends like Leon Russell. It’s even the filming location for much of Sterlin Harjo and FX’s The Lowdown. Pass the day at relaxed cafes, shop to your heart’s content or unwind with yoga or craft brews in “The Pearl” located just east of Downtown Tulsa.

Kendall-Whittier

East of Downtown and north of The Pearl, you’ll find a hub of local shops, flavors and makers. Dotted with murals from Tulsa artists, this walkable district is the perfect place to spend a day exploring. Grab a coffee or matcha, pair it with a pastry or hearty meal, shop or catch a film, and top the day off at one of the neighborhood bars.

Midtown Tulsa

These districts with residential charm are anything but boring. Explore iconic landmarks and things to do in these historic midtown neighborhoods.

Meadow Gold District

South of The Pearl is the Meadow Gold District along Route 66 between Peoria and Utica. Here you can take in the historic charm of the “Mother Road” with iconic signage, vintage and curio shops, and old school dining. If modern amenities are more your speed, explore the local vendors and artists breathing new life into this storied part of Tulsa.

Cherry Street

Escape to this longtime favorite neighborhood with quiet residential streets tucked away behind bustling shops and eateries. From a laid back pub to an underground steakhouse and everything in between, it’s the perfect place for lunch or a night out. And when the weather is nice, explore the street’s many storefronts or relax with patio or rooftop views.

Brookside

This beautiful district along Peoria between 31st and 41st is a premier shopping and dining center for Midtowners. Upscale restaurants and retailers line the large sidewalks for visitors seeking a day of leisure. Among them are residents fueling up with coffee and café eats and stocking their pantries at one of the four grocers in the area.

Global District

AKA Tulsa’s International District, this neighborhood in East Tulsa is home to quiet, residential communities and delicious flavors from around the world. Visit one of the international markets for fresh ingredients to add to your next meal, or grab a bite at one of the many restaurants or food trucks serving up authentic cuisine.

South Tulsa

Just a 20-minute commute to Downtown, this part of Tulsa is a suburban paradise of sprawling neighborhoods and stunning amenities.


Holiday Hills

There’s lots of space to stretch your legs in this residential district, but community is never far away. While this area, located between 51st and Harvard and 61st and Yale, is a favorite among families for its beautiful shared spaces like LaFortune Park, there is still plenty to do. The neighborhood boasts a large directory of restaurants, nightlife, and shopping.
