Meet Dominique Clarke, Tulsa Remote's Director for Member and Alumni Experience. Dominique and her team play a key role in helping Remoters use their skills and passions to make Tulsa more diverse and vibrant, giving them the opportunity to contribute to the greater Tulsa community and local economy.

Originally from Los Angeles, Dominique found a new home when she moved to Tulsa, blending her Belizean American heritage with a strong commitment to community prosperity. With a degree in Criminal Justice Legal Studies, Dominique has worked as a Mental Health Case Manager supporting the homeless community and later as a leader in Workforce Development Operations and Partner Relations.

However, in 2020, her career journey took an exciting turn when she joined Tulsa Remote as a Community Manager. She used her rich life experiences to support individuals in their transition to Tulsa. She then took on the role of Director for Member and Alumni Experience at Tulsa Remote, where she has expanded the Member Experience strategy, focusing on fostering belonging for Tulsa Remote members through vibrant events, sharing resources, and identifying innovative partnerships.

Outside of work, Dominique is deeply engaged in community service. She participates in various organizations, including Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Sorority Incorporated, the Tulsa Young Professionals Foundation board, and the Black Tulsa Network group.

Dominique is also an outdoor enthusiast, a creator of unique experiences, a lover of DIY projects, a beat maker, and a dancer.

Her favorite part about Tulsa? The wide variety of unique festivals and endless opportunities to connect with incredibly talented individuals every day.
