Fulton Street Books & Coffee: Serving Coffee, Building Community and Increasing Literacy

Located on historic Greenwood Ave., Fulton Street Coffee and Books is a local, black-owned coffee shop and bookstore that specializes in curating books written by authors of the BIPOC and/or marginalized communities. Fulton Street believes that representation matters and is committed to telling the stories of the unheard.

In addition to their seasonal drinks and wide book selection, don’t miss out on the variety of engaging events hosted by Fulton Street. From book launches, author meet-and-greets, and more, Fulton Street holds regular programming that highlights the power of representation and to amplifies the voices of BIPOC and marginalized communities. Founded by Tulsan Onikah Asamoa-Caesar, Fulton Street is a love letter to her younger self and is designed to be a "safe space for black & brown folks, an intersection, and a culmination of Onikah’s experiences as a Black woman in the United States."
