The fall 2025 season has officially begun! While we may still be waiting for cooler temperatures, we’ve wasted no time filling our calendars with Tulsa fall favorites. Try them all or build your perfect fall day with this Tulsa fall bucket list!
Tulsa Fall Classics
1. Raise a Stein at Zeeco Oktoberfest
Named the #1 Oktoberfest in the country by USA Today for the second year in a row, Zeeco’s Oktoberfest Festival is the perfect place to enjoy authentic German beer and food, tons of live music, and even carnival rides and games. The festival kicks off on Wednesday, October 15, with Corporate Night, a table sales only event. The rest of the event is open to the public:Thursday, October 16, 4pm–11pm

2. Go to the Tulsa State Fair
With over one million estimated attendees last year, the Tulsa State Fair is the city’s largest family event. It’s 11 full days of entertainment at the Expo Square. Enjoy one-of-a-kind foods, live concerts, carnival rides, and state competitions. Check out the event schedule and purchase tickets. Open Sept 25–Oct 5, 2025.
3. Get Dressed Up for HallowZOOeen
Grab your costumes and bring the family to the Tulsa Zoo for a HalloZOOeen weekend. Fill up on candy at trick-or-treat stations and enjoy themed attractions like a pumpkin patch, haunted train rides, a Pirates and Princesses Dinner, and more.

4. Run Tulsa Run
A self-proclaimed, “rite of fall,” the TTCU Tulsa Run on October 25, features a 15k, 5k and 2k race. Run or walk through Tulsa’s favorite neighborhoods and landmarks, or cheer on participants from the sidelines.5k Start: 7:30am (Wheelchair Start: 7:25am)

5. Visit Pumpkin Town Farms
Get the full pumpkin patch experience without leaving city limits. There are tons of family-friendly activities to choose from, including a corn maze, petting zoo, and grain train, to name a few. Stock up on your pumpkins for the season and chow down on fall-flavored treats. Plus, bring a canned food item for $1 off admission.Open September 26th–November 2nd, 10am–8pm Tuesday–Sunday.
Tulsa Fall Classics
6. Join the Fun at Brookside BooHaHa
On October 18, 9am–12pm, dress up in your best costume and head to Brookside for free candy, inflatables, costume contests, face painting, and food. Plus, watch the parade that runs from 45th & Peoria to 33rd & Peoria.
7. Head to Route 66 for the Meadow Gold Candy Cruise
Get a trunk load of candy at the Meadow Gold District’s trunk-or-treat, featuring cool and classic cars. There are plenty of ways to work off the sugar rush with inflatables, carnival games, and more, on Saturday, October 26, 12–4pm.
8. Grab a Fall Pie at Common Tart
This neighborhood pie shop near Cherry Street and Utica Square is the perfect place to grab delicious fall pies. Enjoy a slice in the shop or bring a pie to your next gathering or picnic.
9. Fuel Up with Fall Drinks at Cirque
If you’ve been waiting for fall-themed drinks all year, this is your place. Try the Pumpkin Pie Cold Brew if you need a boost or keep it cozy with a Chaider. The Utica Drive Thru location is open everyday, 6am–5pm, and the 6th Street Cafe is open Wednesday–Sunday, 8am–3pm.
10. Find Fall Menu Favorites at Tina's
For a fun fall night out, grab a bite and a drink at this neighborhood bar in the SoBo district (21+). Their new fall menu is coming soon! Open 3pm–11pm, Tuesday–Thursday and 3pm–1am, Friday–Saturday.
11. Cozy Up by the Fire at Vintage Wine Bar
There’s nothing like sitting by the fireplace on a fall night. Have your next happy hour or night cap on the patio at Vintage Wine Bar. For an extra special experience, join them for Jazz night, Mondays 8-11pm.

12. Celebrate the Day of the Dead with Living Arts
In partnership with Casa de la Cultura, Living Arts of Tulsa will host the annual Día de los Muertos Festival. All Tulsans are invited to celebrate the occasion with altars, food, performances, and art, Saturday, November 1, 11am–11pm.
13. See the Tulsa Ballet at the Performing Arts Center
The Tulsa Ballet will present the ghostly masterpiece, Giselle, October 30–November 2, with live accompaniment by the Tulsa Symphony Orchestra.

Try your hand at a new craft with one of these upcoming classes:
Sewing & Alterations 101 with OFA – Oklahoma Fashion Alliance and Acid Lime have teamed up to offer beginner sewing classes on October 5. Tickets are available for the machine basics course at 9:45am and the alterations course at 1:45pm.
Seed Collecting Workshop with Philbrook – Test your green thumb on Saturday, October 12, 10am–11:30am. Collect seeds from native plants with a Philbrook horticulturist, learning how and when to collect, store and propagate plant seeds.
16. Support Local Makers at Tulsa Indie Market
Just north of the city, the Tulsa Botanic Gardens feature beautifully curated gardens, walking trails, educational programs, and seasonal blooms. It is an ideal spot for a peaceful summer outing where visitors can connect with nature and explore a variety of plant collections. The gardens also host special events throughout the season, making each visit unique.

17. Enjoy Fall Beauty at Tulsa Botanic Gardens
Head just northwest of downtown to Autumn at the Botanic Gardens for gorgeous fall blooms, a pumpkin patch, and a hay maze. Plus, visit Thursday evenings for ‘Bands & Blooms’ to hear live music in the gardens.

Let local produce and makers inspire your next fall meal at this outdoor farmers market held at Chapman Green downtown. Come shop Wednesdays, 4:30–7:30pm, through November 5, at 600 S Main Street.
21. Go Leaf Peeping at River Parks
Enjoy the cooler weather and admire the fall foliage on a bike ride or stroll along Midland Valley Trail. This 3-mile tree-lined trail connecting downtown with the riverfront is dotted with parks and restaurants, so make time to get lost or grab a bite.

22. Enjoy your Saturday at a University of Tulsa Football Game
Cheer on the Golden Hurricanes in Chapman Stadium at University of Tulsa football game. For more festivities and tailgates, visit campus for Homecoming on Saturday, October 25, versus Temple. Ticket purchase is required to enter the football game.
