As the Recruitment Manager, Daisha Luck leads the Recruitment Specialist team and is responsible for all aspects of the application and interview process.  After graduating from Union High School, she attended Oral Roberts University on a cheerleading scholarship as a first-generation college student.

Upon earning her communications degree in 2016, Daisha started her career in the nonprofit space. She has always had a passion for community-focused organizations and people-facing roles. Daisha says, "I thrive off of cultivating relationships, networking, diversity, inclusion, and being an active member of the Tulsa community."

Daisha joined the Tulsa Remote team in 2021, where in her role, she reviews program applications, conducts interviews, and hosts Tulsa Remote finalists when they visit Tulsa for the first time. “As a Tulsa native, it’s an honor to invite program participants to make a life in our vibrant city. I’m truly inspired by the unique talents and perspectives each member brings to our community," Daisha says.

Daisha loves spending time outdoors, and when she’s not sharing her love for Tulsa with potential Tulsa Remote members, she’s enjoying nature. You can usually find her longboarding on the Riverside trails, hiking Turkey Mountain, or playing with her dog, Meika. She’s also a certified advanced scuba diver!
